AdWords Express, Google’s paid search tool for small businesses, has been made more streamlined and attractive as part of a general push to make everything Google “more beautiful and efficient”, according to the Inside Adwords blog.
The dashboard has been redesigned to allow the user to see at a glance how many views, clicks or calls an ad has generated, with a line graph showing its performance over time and a pie chart for instant budget monitoring. The sign-up process has been streamlined to three steps, and you can now preview your ad in real time.
The blog attributes the changes to feedback from small businesses owners who said they wanted to spend less time looking for what they needed.
